Eligibility for Refunds

Returns:[ You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@rarshop.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
